For more than a decade there’s been an idea in this country that the way to multilet success was to provide the cheapest possible accommodation to the most in-descriminate consumers (DSS, low wage, students, etc). Evidence of this is the huge numbers of slums that came on the market after the introduction of HMO licencing laws.
Finally we have an example of a successful landlord making buckets of cash, quietly and behind the scenes for over 5 years. All while providing good quality lettings to respectable tenants.
